All of our Nigerian Dwarf babies born here at Double SunDog Ranch

can be ADGA, AGS and/or NDGA registered.

All babies can be bottle fed, but I prefer dam raised kids. Our dam raised kids are growthy, strong and I love to watch the family interaction. They get plenty of one on one human contact that keeps them friendly and easy to handle. Most babies are ready to be picked up by 8 weeks of age or deemed  ready as each baby is different.

In 2007 we completed our first year on DHIA and have participated in Linear Appraisal 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and have not signed up for 2010 appraisal. We try to attend several shows each year and attend as many learning opportunities available as possible.

Our herd has annually tested CAE negative since we starting raising goats in 2003. We purchase from herds that regularly test or pay for our new addition to be tested. We test through WADDL , the Washington Animal Diagnostic Disease Lab at the UofW in Pullman, Washington. Our latest test results were  whole herd Negative (March 2008).   We are enrolled in the Nationwide Scrapies program, in Arizona since 2003.    AZ745

If you are interested in reserving a kid from a particular doe on the kidding schedule, you can send your $100 deposit to hold kid of your choice,  first come first serve basis.  Breeder claims all rights to retain any kid. If your reserved baby is NOT produced you may have a full refund, change to another available baby or hold over for next season. (Your Choice!)

Wethers are available to show families with children under 18 years of age as a donation to your show program. A waiting  list is available for any upcoming available wethers.   Otherwise, wethers are sold for $100.   All un-retained, unsold bucklings are wethered after approximately 12 weeks of age.

Double SunDog Ranch can ship goats Nationwide or can make arrangements for you to pick up your baby from a show or the ranch.  If we need to keep your choice over any length of time after weaning, before delivery or pick up, a $2 per day board fee will be charged. All goats must be paid in full prior to delivery.   We accept PayPal  with a 4% service charge, Cashiers Checks or Cash. Sorry NO personal checks will be accepted.

All health certificates required for your state, crates, gas to the Las Vegas, Nevada airport will be the buyer's responsibility if we ship by air to you. We will do everything possible to deliver your healthy choice!

Double SunDog Ranch is not responsible for any incurred expenses relating to the purchase after an animal leaves the Ranch.

No other claims or guarantees are included in this agreement.  We strongly suggest you have proper housing, feeding arrangements, a basic understanding of goat husbandry prior to this purchase to ensure a wonderful, fulfilling Nigie experience.

We find our herd to be more than entertaining and a pleasure to experience!
